Welcome to fiesta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and fiesta and govern your use of the fiesta app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use fiesta. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Don't impersonate anyone or create an account to evade a ban.
You agree not to use fiesta to post, host, or share anything that involves:
Violating these rules can result in content removal, event cancellation, or suspension of your account.
You own the content you post (photos, event details, messages, profile info). You're solely responsible for it. By posting, you grant fiesta a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. You must have the rights to everything you post.
Hosts are solely responsible for their events — including accuracy, safety, legality, and honoring any tickets sold. fiesta is a platform that connects people; we do not run, endorse, or supervise events. You attend events at your own risk.
Paid tickets are processed through our payments provider. If a host cancels a party, tickets for that party are refunded. Other refunds are at the host's discretion unless required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's terms. fiesta charges a platform fee on ticket sales; the remainder is paid out to the host's connected Stripe account. You're responsible for any taxes on money you earn as a host.
We may remove content, cancel events, and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the community — with or without notice. Banned users may appeal through the in-app appeal form.
fiesta lets you meet and interact with other people. We do not conduct background checks on users or hosts. Use good judgment, meet in appropriate settings, and prioritize your safety. You are responsible for your own interactions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fiesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, host, or event.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
